Re: SUB202200148 Belvedere Town Center, Phase III, Lots 22, 23, and 24 Boundary Line Adjustment - Review
Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(3)] On Sheet 2, please add an additional label for Belvedere Boulevard towards the top of the map.
2. [14-302 (A)(9)] Please add a note: 'Parcel [letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] each
contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
3. [14-303 (A)] On Sheet 1, please revise the statement to include the Tax Map/Parcel information rather than
"above under the statement of title".
4. [14-303 (D)] Please verify the acreage calculations on Sheet 2. It appears that there may be errors in the
calculation for TMP 62G-02-22 based on the acreages of the existing parcel and the areas being adjusted through
this plat.
