Re: SUB202200152 SWM Easement Plat Lot 9 Preserve at Glenmore - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-203 (D)] A fee of $246.48 was paid for this application. However, this easement plat will require a deed of
dedication and therefore the correct fee is $934.96 total. Please submit payment of the remaining fee of $688.48.
2. [14-302 (A)(5)] Please revise the easement label/callout so that it states that the new easement is a "public"
easement.
a. Add a note stating that the New Variable Width Public Stormwater Management and Access Easement is
hereby dedicated to public use.
3. [14-302 (A)(5),14-302 (A)(14)] Once all plat revisions have been made, Engineering Division staff will draft a deed
of dedication for the new public easement which will be sent to the applicant. The deed must be signed by the
property owners and submitted with signature copies of the plat. The deed must be recorded with the plat.
4. [14-302 (A)(15)] Albemarle County GIS identifies the property owner address as 6500 Burden Lane, Baton Rouge,
LA 70808. The owner address listed under the owner names does not match. Please verify correct owner address
and revise.
5. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
