Thanks for your comments on the Rogan project.
Please note the following to address each comment.
1. Ok.
2. Wesley Chapel Road is shown on the plat as a 30' Prescriptive Easement.
We did not survey along Davis Shop Road. It is only shown graphically as a reference.
3. Buck Mountain Creek is not one of the Water Supply Watersheds as noted in the ordinance.
This property is located in the South Fork Rivanna Water Supply Watershed.
Please let us know when you have heard from VDOT and VDH.

Hi Eric,
I actuallyjust sent an update to Gwen and Tom this morning regarding the soil reports. I'm sorry I didn't include you; I'll
make sure to include you on future correspondence and updates.
To answer your inquiry, yes, I received the soil reports and have transmitted that material on to the Virginia Department
of Health, VDH, for their review/approval. That was the last piece of information we needed from your team at this
stage.
We typically tell applicants to expect about a month turnaround for reviews. That gives our internal review team time to
look over the plat and submit comments to the lead reviewer (me). Once I receive comments and review the plat myself,
I coalesce all the comments into one, all-inclusive Comment Letter that is sent to you and your team. I would expect to
hear something from us next two weeks. Word of caution though, comments from VDH and VDOT may not be in by that
time, as they are state agencies and, thus, have their own timelines for review. If VDH and VDOT comments aren't
included in the initial Comment Letter, I will forward them to you upon receipt.

using that for my permit, even though I will, of course, use what you guys sent as far as my construction

before.
