Door type to be clear anodized aluminum to match existing storefront of adjacent tenants(see attached building elevation sheet). Interior fit up to include 2 service bays for the repair and replacement of automotive glass along with a customer waiting area, managers office,customer service managers office,2—restrooms and a small area for the storage of automotive glass. No outside storage or overnight parking of customer cars or service vans. A.2 Proposed use is compatible with other automotive uses such as Merchants Tire,Goodyear and Firestone,all of whom are located throughout the Entrance Corridor.
