Proposed Safelite Auto Glass, 1907 Seminole Trail,Charlottesville,VA
A.1 Applicant proposes to remove existing EIFS storefront and install 2—10'x 16'sectional overhead
drive-in doors. Door type to be clear anodized aluminum to match existing storefront of adjacent
tenants(see attached building elevation sheet). Interior fit up to include 2 service bays for the repair
and replacement of automotive glass along with a customer waiting area, managers office,customer
service managers office,2—restrooms and a small area for the storage of automotive glass. No outside
storage or overnight parking of customer cars or service vans.
A.2 Proposed use is compatible with other automotive uses such as Merchants Tire,Goodyear and
Firestone,all of whom are located throughout the Entrance Corridor.
B.1 There are no proposed changes to the Entrance Corridor street.
B.2 No changes are proposed to any mechanical equipment and no accessory structures will be altered
or added.
C.1 No existing landscaping will be removed or altered.
C.2 There is no proposed landscaping.
C.3 Landscaping is existing and as shown on the attached Site Plan.
D. Existing lighting will not be modified and no new lighting is proposed.
E.1 Existing and proposed elevations are attached with this application.
