Dear Ben,
We received your comments regarding the project above dated September 15, 2022 and offer the following
responses:
1. [14-311, 14-434, 14-435, 14-435.1] - Road plans. Approved road plans must be built or bonded before plat
is recorded.
Response: Noted. Bonds are in Place
Engineering Comments
1. Road plan must be approved and built or bonded before plat can be recorded.
Response: Noted.
2. SWM and drainage easements will need associated deeds. Engineering will draft them when the plat
is ready for signatures.
Response: Since I don't anticipate any further changes to the plat after this submittal, can we get the deeds process
started?
3. [Sheet V14] Please clarify the forest & open space labels and hatches.
Response: Lines and hatching have been updated for clarity.
E911 Comments
Please correct the spelling of'McComb Road' to 'McComb Street' on all pages of the plan. Please show the
change of the road name from 'McComb Street' to 'Cling Lane' at the intersection of'Lexi Lane'. These
changes will need to be made before final approval is given.
Response: Road names have been updated accordingly.
RWSA Comments
1. RWSA has a 20' easement on the north side of the parcel that is not shown. (attached)
Response: Easement now shown on plat.
ACSA Comments (No Objection per email dated 9-29-2022)
