This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated August 26, 2022. The Department of
Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modifications to SDP2018-19, depicted on
the modified site plan and described below:
1. Retroactive approval of elements of Tot Lot already constructed on common recreation area/civic space,
including:
a. (2) Climbers
b. (1) Swing with (6) seats
c. (1) Whirl
d. (2) Slides
e. (2) Benches
f. (2) Picnic Tables
2. Addition of 18' x 17' gazebo to the northwest of tot lot on common recreation area/civic space.
Be advised that approval of this Letter of Revision is conditional upon a building permit being
submitted for the gazebo.
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the first Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three
LORs may be requested after which any further changes to the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan
amendment application.

RE. GLENBROOKAT FOOTHILLS - LETTER OF REVISION#1 TO SDP-2018-19
Please allow this letter to serve as an official request for a letter of revision to the
approved SDP-2018-19 for Glenbrook at Foothills. The proposed changes consist of the
addition of (1) swing with (6) seats, (2) climbers, (1) whirl, (2) slides, (2) benches, and
(2) picnic tables to the tot lot area in Phase I, and the modification of size in the proposed
gazebo and relocation of the gazebo within the pocket park. The original approved site
plan proposed a 10'x10' wooden gazebo. The developer is proposing to construct a
17'xl8' wooden gazebo. The developer would also like to relocate the gazebo from the
tot lot area over to the grass field, as shown in the attached site plan exhibit. Other than
the changes and relocation of the tot lot equipment, changes to the gazebo, and some
slight grading modifications around the gazebo, there are no other changes to the
approved plan proposed.
This is the 1s1 letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total
of three (3) letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan.
