'rprr 'v.r✓ Project Description: The project consists of a new free standing 2 story classroom building with approximately 2,900 square feet of interior space on each level. Each level has accessible egress from the exterior. The upper level contains 2 classrooms with bathrooms, cloak rooms and storage, as well as a centralized meeting space and residential style kitchen. The lower level houses additional classroom and lab space as well as bathrooms, storage and safe rooms. The primary exterior wall materials consist of cement stucco on the lower level and cement board rainscreen panels on the upper level with stained board and batten siding and translucent poycarbonate clerestory glazing above the panels. The exterior framing and trim will be stained cedar. The doors windows are fiberglass clad, the sloped roof is standing seam unpainted Galvalume, the flat roofs are fully adhered membrane.
