The ARB reviewed this project on 2 previous occasions, March 17, 2014 and April 7, 2014. This letter describes our resubmittal materials. 1. The comments made in the March 21 letter to us have all been made and shown on the attached drawings. The issues were related to landscaping, fencing etc 2. Site sections are attached and show that only the top of the homes being built on Bennington are visible from Barracks Road. 3. Elevations and floor plans of the 8 affordable townhouses are attached. These are 3 story 16' wide townhouses. 4. Attached also find the slightly revised elevations of the (2) 3 unit buildings facing Barracks Road. All buildings will have the same colors for the roof, siding and trim. A photo of a built building is attached showing those finishes. 5. The exterior colors for the affordable units are shown on the attached color board. 6. Design for the 3 units behind the main existing house have not been prepared since they most likely will never be built and are hardly visible from Barracks Road. Sincerely, V Vito Cetta, aia
