E'ville Spaces, LLC has been prior approved by the zoning clearance department. I would like to open a small coffee shop to support the office building and immediate community of Earlysville Forest. I will be using about 600 total square feet for the shop. The actual coffee station will be a portable cart. I will serve coffee drinks as well as sell prepared foods (not prepared on site but brought from local businesses.) I will not make foods to sell on -site. I have reached out to the Virginia Department of Health but haven't received any return calls. I have tried multiple times and called multiple people so unfortunately I haven't been able to get their approvals for the septic field. I am on a public well. I would like to move forward with submitting my application and look forward to sharing any additional information you may need. I believe this will be a great addition to the community. As for employees, I am considering a very small staff of about 2 per day. Hours of operation will be 6:30 AM —12 PM ET. I will manage the coffee shop. Ample parking available —18 spaces plus spaces.
