A. Written description of the proposal [--Provide a description of the proposal. Identify changes from the preliminary submittal. Indicate specifically how each ARB comment from the preliminary review has been addressed. If there are no changes proposed, then explain why. a-Explain how the proposal is compatible with the surrounding area and the Entrance Corridor. B. The project is located eight miles north of the Charlottesville city limits, west of Seminole Trail and is bounded by Dickerson Road to the south, adjacent church properties to the east, and Piney Mountain Road on the west. The proposal is for the construction of a 7,000 square foot single-story church building, associated parking lot, and storm water management facilities. The proposal is compatible with the surrounding area which is zoned Rural Areas and has two churches on adjacent properties to the east. B. The site plan is composed of five sheets numbered Cl thru C5. C. The landscape plans are provided by Albiston Associates and is composed of two sheets numbered L 1 and L2. D. No site lighting is proposed. E. Architectural plans are provided by Blue Ridge Architects. Building elevations are on Sheet A2.1 and are enclosed. F.
