The specific changes are outlined below. ARB: 1. N/A 2. N/A 3. Initial Site Plan Approval: 1. Comment Noted 2. SWM#3 is now more integrated with the proposed landscaping. New landscaping is now shown around the facility as screening from Route 20 and Lot 1. 3. All shrubs are now listed with a 24" minimum planting height as shown on sheet C12. 4. The requested note has been added to the cover sheet under"entrance corridor." 5. All proposed lighting is now removed from the plan. Lighting is no longer required since the standalone parking has been eliminated in block 2C. 6. Proposed lighting is no longer shown. 7. Proposed lighting is no longer shown. 8. Proposed lighting is no longer shown. o 9. Large shade trees and flowering ornamentals are shown for the entire length of the road frontage of this parcel as required. See sheet C11/C12. ( 10. Flowering ornamentals are now shown along the Route 20 road frontage as required in the approved ZMA. I Z11. The proposed grading has been smoothed out to create a more natural appearance at the north east corner of the site. 18. The 50' tree preservation buffer has been revised to be outside of the proposed sanitary easement. New tree protection fencing is also shown in this location.
