Update Note 7 to reference "The Residue of TMP 61A-42" to match the plat map. The note currently references the residue of TMP 61-32 but that may have just been a clerical error. ✓ NOTE 7 HAS BEEN REVISED. 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. These properties are not within the Airport Impact Area Overlay District. Please revise or remove Note 14. ✓ NOTE 14 HAS BEEN REVISED. 3. [14-302(B)(7)] Agricultural -Forestal District. Provide a note on the plat that identifies whether or not the subject property lies within an agricultural -forestal district. (Note: The subject property does not lie within an agricultural -forestal district.) ✓ NOTE HAS BEEN REVISED. 4. [14-302(B)(8)] Yards. Revise the non -fill setbacks for Lots 1, 2, and 3 on Sheet 5 as follows, to align more readily with the setback requirements contained in Sec. 18-4.19 for this zoning district: a. Front setback: 5ft (minimum), 25ft (maximum) as measured from the right-of-way ✓ LABEL HAS BEEN REVISED. b. Front loading garages: 18ft (minimum), Side loading garages: 5ft (minimum), both as measured from the right-of-way, (no maximums). ✓ LABEL HAS BEEN REVISED. 5. [14-303(S)] Control Points. Provide at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. The applicant also has the option to show the control points on a copy of the final plat, as opposed to on the plat. ✓ CONTROL POINTS HAVE BEEN REVISED AND PROVIDED ON A COPY OF THE FINAL PLAT. 6. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat. ✓ REVISION DATE ADDED.
