This plan cannot be approved until the 0.09 Ib/yr of nutrient credits have been purchased. Please contact Ana Kilmer prior to purchasing credits. Since this project drains to impacted streams, the credits will need to be purchased from the Ivy Creek or ENGINEERING I DESIGN I TECHNOLOGY Rivanna River credit banks, since they are located in the same HUC8. [9VAC25-900- 91. B] . Acknowledged. A comment on Southwood Village 2 WPO Plan led us to catch some water quality calculation conflicts on the Southwood Village 1 WPO plan. Therefore, our required nutrient credits to be purchased has increased to 0.24 pounds. See sheets C601-C6.02. 2. Ensure all the proposed grades tie into existing grades. The proposed grading has been revised so that all proposed grades tie into existing grades. 3. Provide a design for the proposed ditch along the berm. Ditch calculations for the proposed ditch along the berm have been provided on sheet C6.00. 4. The maximum allowable slope is 2:1. The grading along the berm has been revised so that it does not exceed 2:1 slopes. 5. Provide more detail at the end of the berm.
