MEMORANDUM
TO: Babette Thorpe, Zoning Assistant
FROM: Richard E. Tarbell, Senior Planner
DATE: February 28, 1992
RE: Briarwood, Phase 3B
This memo is in response to your question whether the
pump station in Phase 3C can be housed, at the ACSA' s
request, and located within the 50 -foot setback established
on the application plan. I have discussed the matter with
Wayne Cilimberg and our department will approve the
encroachment in accordance with Section 8 . 5 . 6 . 3 of the
Zoning Ordinance. This setback reduction is for the pump
house only. The residential building setback remains at 50
feet as shown on the rezoning application plan currently
under review.
