After checking with the county, I have determined the following: 1. On our north and south boundaries (with Calvary Church and ACSA , respectively), our undisturbed buffer setback is reduced from 20 feet to 0 feet which allows us to grade to the property line. On both of these boundaries, we still have a 20 feet setback for parking or a travel way that is next to parking. A travel way that is not next to parking can be built up to the property line. 2. As shown on the site plan prepared for rezoning (by B. Aubrey Huffman Associates dated 4/26/94, last revised 2/28/96), a retaining wall is permitted on our rear boundary and travel ways are permitted to be constructed up to the boundary provided these travel ways are not adjacent to parking. No parking is permitted within 20 feet of the rear boundary. Please, let me know if you need any further clarification. Sincerely, Rip Cathcart RBC/eac cc: Ms. Denise E.
