Dear John,
Enclosed are the upper and lower floor plans you faxed to me. Regarding the upper
floor plan I have made the red line clarifications eliminating the two bedrooms and
bath from the proposal. Regarding the lower level floor plan I have reviewed the
dimensions you have attached to the drawing and I find them to be acceptable for the
purpose of the variance meeting on the 2nd of September of this year.
