Subject:Westlake Hills Phase I Road Plan - SUB201300030

RWSA has reviewed the Westlake Hills Phase I Road Plan as prepared by Collins Engineering and dated 11/25/2013 and
consents to the proposed construction. All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be
approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all existing rights associated with its easement,
including (but not limited to) its rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of its facilities within
the easement, and such consent shall not be construed to modify, or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the
RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or restore.
All work within the RWSA easement which may impact existing facilities will require on-site inspection by RWSA staff.
RWSA requests notification at least 3 business days in advance of such work so that we may schedule an on-site
inspector.
