That plat's approval is pending the submittal of deeds for the drainage easements and the stormwater management facility. I believe Engineering, David James is copied here, sent deeds over that need to be signed by the owner and sent back to the County for our signatures. Once these deeds have been received and signed by the county attorney's office we will approve the plat. The deeds must be recorded along with the plat. The plat must be approved and recorded before final site plan approval. Once the plat is recorded, please revise the final site plan to include the recorded instrument number and show all applicable boundary line adjustments and easements. I believe that is the only outstanding comment on the final site plan, but it must be submitted digitally one last time for final approvals/sign offs by all reviewers. Once all reviewers provide no objection or their approval, physical copies of the final site plan will need to be submitted for final approval. Let me know if you have any questions.
