Re: SUB202200161 TMP 30-24A Lynn & Rodolfo Remigio Rural Division - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(16)] In Note A, please revise "Dam Inundation Zone" to "Dam Break Inundation Zone".
2. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please update the date of last revision after the edits are made.
3. [14-308] A Tier II Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the assessment will
be forwarded to the applicant once it is complete.
4. [General Comment] In Note E, "County" is misspelled.
5. SUB201500073 Plat shows a gravel driveway from SR662 to Lot Al. Additionally, in the approved 2015 plat there
was a gravel driveway illustrated between Lot A2 and Lot Al.
6. GIS also indicates that there is a building towards the north end of the Lot Al. The 2015 plat showed this as well.
