Please be advised that this subdivision application will need to be approved and recorded prior to the approval of applications SUB202200164 and SUB202200165. 2. [14-302 (A)(6)] Per Albemarle County GIS, it appears that a portion of Creels Mills Road goes through the southern portion of TMP 03400-00-00-011A1. Please verify if that is accurate and if so, please show any recorded easements or right-of-way information. 3. [14-303 (H)], [14-421] Please add "TEL. PED." to the legend and identify what it represents. 4. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision once the edits are completed. 5. [14-308] A Tier II Groundwater Assessment has been initiated for this application. Results of the assessment will be forwarded to the applicant once it is complete. 6. [14-309] Soils evaluations. Please submit the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields if conventional onsite sewage systems are proposed to be used in the development of the subdivision. These results shall be forwarded by the agent to the health director. 7. [14-310] Health director approval is required for individual private wells and/or onsite sewage systems. 8. [14-316] VDOT approval of entrances onto State Route 640 is required prior to final plat approval. Plat has been forwarded to VDOT. Comments/approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. 9. [14-302 (A)(30)] Please revise Note D to, "Revised T.M. 34-11A2 retains one development right and may not be further divided. When used it shall be within its December 1980 boundaries." Additionally, please revise Note C so it removes the part of the last sentence, "...shall be within its December 1980 boundaries."
