Good Morning Gwen,
I have reviewed the plat showing sight easements for both directions and driveway location and also looked at the area
in the field and find this to be an acceptable area to be used for access to these two lots and is approved for use and will
be permitted when requested by owner.A permit will need to be issued prior to any clearing or construction of this new
driveway entrance. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know.

Mr. Baber looked at this one yeas ago and there is an existing sight distance easement at the
entrance.
