NOTES 1 ONCE DRAINFIELD CORNER IS LOCATED, IF PROPOSE( COURT IS WITHIN 10' THEN THE PADEL BALL COURT CA DOWN AS NEEDED. 2 THIS PLAN WILL NOT ADD ANY ADDITIONAL IMPERVIOL BE REMOVING IMPERVIOUS FROM THE EXISTING PARk THE WEST OF THE EXISTING PICKLEBALL COURTS. 3, PROJECT AREA IS 2,000 SF THEREFORE NO EROSION PLAN IS REQUIRED. I am sorry we weren't aware of your July expected review time and didn't get to the review sooner. I will get you review comments by the end of the week. I discussed the preapplication plan earlier this year with Bruce Kirtley. That application was to be voided and the fee refunded. County View status has been updated. DO NOT CLICK on links or open attachments unless you are sure the content is safe. Charles & Rebecca: Can you help me move this forward? The total project size is 2,000 square feet. Based on the pre -application meetings, the addition is allowed under the current zoning. The improvements do not encroach any setbacks and the proposed amendment does not trigger E&S or VSMP submittals. Given the proposed amendment is de minimis, the plan, submitted on 6/9/22, should have had a limited review and been approved in July. County View indicates that the plan is unassigned and that review comments are due 8/19/22. County View also shows both the initial pre -application meeting (SDP 2022-00001) and the Minor Amendment (Digital SDP 2022-00041) as under review. If I created confusion in the way it was submitted please let me know. The Club, its members, and the specialized contractors have been standing by since mid July based on expectations I helped establish. I appreciate anything you can do to expedite this project.
