Dear Ms. Ray:
We have reviewed the final plat entitled Creekside III, Phase IIIA dated October 14, 2013 with
revisions dated November 12, 2013 as submitted by Commonwealth Land Surveying, LLC.
The final plat appears to be in agreement with the road plans for this project approved by VDOT
on 11/27/13, and VDOT has no objection to the plat as submitted.
