Install a private entrance for no more than 2 units. Use 24 -30 feet of 15 inch CMP(corrugated metal pipe) with 6 inches of #26 cover over pipe
with 25 foot radius on both sides. Clear sight distance for minimum of 250 feet on both sides and stabilize with seed and straw.
"All work must be in accordance with the 2011 Virginia Work Area Protection Manual" and as per attached special instructions AND private
entrance diagram. VDOT contact is Dennis Seale at 434 -589 -1053. Please call for questions and for a final inspection.
