Good Afternoon Megan and Nathan,
I have reviewed the plat and have no concerns. There are locations that have been picked in the field for safe access for
private entrances to each lot and the proposed grading easement through the existing entrance location meets sight
di <tance requirements for private entrances. Prior to any changes and building of any new entrances the owners will
hcr,'e to get a VDOT permit through this office. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know. I have
no further comments and is approved as drawn.
