The easement allows for “…boundary line adjustments between the existing parcels of record to create the two (2) permitted parcels and between the permitted parcels are permitted with prior written notice to Grantee, provided that such boundary line adjustments comply with the restrictions set forth above…” Featheridge, LLC has provided VOF with written notice regarding the proposed boundary line adjustment. The parcels under review are 113-6, 6C & 6C1. The plat proposes to give a portion of 6 and all of 6C1 to 6C; thereby eliminating parcel 6C1, enlarging 6C and reducing 6. The plat assigns the development rights, but notes the VOF easement. The plat is too large for me to scan and attach, but I can leave a copy at the front desk if you’d like to review it.
