Re: SUB202200131 Pleasant Green, Phase 2B & 3 — Final Subdivision Plat — 2nd Sub Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat once the following comments
have been addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified].
Albemarle County Planning Services (Planner) — Ben Holt, bholt(&albemarle.org
1. [14-311, 14-434, 14-436, 14-435.1] —Road plans. Approved road plans must be built or bonded before plat is
recorded.
2nd Submission: All road bonds for phases 2 and 3 must be submitted — see Engineering comments for details.

1. Road plan amendment (SUB202000226) must be approved and built or bonded before plat can
be recorded. It appears at least Mercer and Hudson Street are new, non -bonded streets (Phase
III from original SUB202000226 plan).
2. SWM and drainage easements will need associated deeds. Engineering will draft them when the
plat is ready for signatures.

SUB202100219. Please correct the spelling of this road before final approval can be
given.
