[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified]. Approved road plans must be built or bonded before plat is recorded. 2nd Submission: All road bonds for phases 2 and 3 must be submitted — see Engineering comments for details. It appears at least Mercer and Hudson Street are new, non -bonded streets (Phase III from original SUB202000226 plan). 2. SWM and drainage easements will need associated deeds. Engineering will draft them when the plat is ready for signatures.
