Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat, dated October 21, 2022. The plat has been revised to reflect your comments as follows: 1. Ok. 2. The plat has been revised to show the old road bed along the southern portion of T.M. 34-11A1. However, this old road bed is not Creels Mills Road. Creels Mills Road lies further south and within T.M. 33-45. 3. Tel. Ped. has been added to the legend as Telephone Pedestal. 4. A revised Date of October 21, 2022 has been added to the plat. 5. Ok. 6. The soils reports were emailed to Rebecca on October 3rd and I forwarded them to you on October 21st. 7. Ok. Please let us know when you receive VHD approval. 8. Ok. Please let us know when you receive VDOT approval. 9. "When used it shall be within its December 1980 boundaries" has been added to note D. We believe that the portion of note C "and shall be within its December 1980 boundaries" should remain since Lot 2 contains portions of different parent tracts.
