Ray:
I have put in your in- basket the Owner Certification for Current Disturbed Acreage form and a red-
lined plan. Please determine if the disturbed acreage can be reduced from 51 acres to 2.6 acres. He
has also submitted a bond inspection request and paid the $60 fee. Per my phone conversation with
John Fitzpatrick this morning, he only wants to know if you can reduce the disturbed acreage. He is
not asking for a reduction or release of this bond (SE bond has been reduced to 20 %). He assumed
he needed to pay $60 to reduce the acreage. I will refund the $60 fee he paid.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
