Charlie: I just received via fed-ex a check in the amount of$280 from Brent Scarbrough and Company, Inc.. There is no letter or any other information on the check other than is related to a permit/inspection fee. Is this your permit and first year inspection fee payment? Please confirm. The inspector for your site will be Jonney Otto. As of this moment, the permit and first year inspection fee is still pending. Once this issue has been resolved, you can contact Jonney Otto to schedule a pre-construction meeting. Please advise. Thanks Ana D.
