This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated October 4, 2022. The
Department of Community Development grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to
SDP1990-73, depicted on the attached survey, to accompany the existing site plan noted above, and to
which associated building aermit B2022-02876-GEN has been submitted.
1. Replacement of a 22-kW propane generator with an 80-kW generator of the same in existing
location at the corner of the Depot building
This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the third Letter of Revision for this site.
Further changes to the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan amendment application.

This is a request letter regarding the replacement of an existing generator at the Little Keswick School Depot, at 4075
Keswick Rd., Keswick. The school's address for mailing purposes is 500 Little Keswick Lane, Keswick VA. The
school has a special use permit, please see SP 2007-00009, Little Keswick School Amendment. (FYI, the School has
changed its name to The Keswick School).
Currently, there is a 22-kW propane generator located on the Southeast corner of the Depot building, which is the
school's primary kitchen and dining hall. We would like to replace it with an 80-kW propane generator in the same
location.
