Fox and Sons in Deed Book 766 at Page 617. There have been no new parcels created since the property was deeded in Deed Book 766 at Page 617. Said deed refers to the property as being conveyed by two deeds, one conveying 25 acres in Deed Book 204 at page 473 and 40 acres in Deed Book 196 at page 10. We believe that current Tax Map 84 Parcel 25 consists of 2 parcels.
