OVERLAY DISTRICT: AIA - Airport Impact Area; Steep Slopes - Managed; Steep Slopes - Preserved
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Neighborhood Density Residential - residential (3 - 6 units/acre); supporting uses such as
religious institutions, schools, and other small-scale non-residential uses. In the Community of Hollymead in the Places29
Master Plan area.
The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the proposed project, its location, and how you can access a copy of the
Proposed plan and other proiect information, including comments from staff reviewers.
Please contact the lead reviewer at areitelbach@albemarle.org for an online link through which you can view the plans,
reviewer comments, and provide feedback. The reviewer comments related to the proposal will be available to view on
December 1, 2022. Action on the proposed plan must be taken by December 16, 2022.
These projects are "by -right", which means that if the proposed plans meet the minimum requirements of the County's
zoning, site plan, or subdivision ordinances, they must be approved. Recognizing the importance of public comment, we
encourage you to reach out to the lead reviewer to express any concerns or questions you may have regarding the
application.
