You're still waiting on my stuff) Won't be much longer though.
Lot 161 has a little corner of my DF in the critical slope zone - I'm hoping that they might let that one slide, as I did field
shoot the slopes on all of these & ended up with less than 25%. Not sure if they'd put the red flag up for that little piece
of the lower corner...

Thanks for the declaration. I will get it sent on to the County. We did locate the drain field information. I've attached a
quick exhibit here. It looks like the corner of the DF for lot 161 is still in the critical slopes and will need to be adjusted
some. Also, I'm not sure what size houses are planned for these lots, but it's pretty tight on lots 160 and 161. At the
pinch point on 161, it's about 50' On lot 160 it's about 55'. Just wanted to give you a heads up. The rectangle "house"
shown is 50'x80' for reference.
Let me know if we need to go relocate anything.

I'm looking back at me emails and I don't think that I got back to you to schedule locating the drainfield stakes that the
soils engineer placed out there. He has that done so if you could schedule the crew to come out and locate them that
would be great.
Also, our attorney has asked for a copy of the plat so that they can draft the document to incorporate these lots into the
Ashcroft subdivision. Do you already have something that I can send to her or do you need to get the crew out there first?

Hey all, I went out to those lots a while back trying to lay out systems, couldn't identify sidelines - didn't want to lay
out systems and have them straying over property lines, etc. Of sidelines get marked I'll jump right back on them.

Pete,
Here's something that Roudabush can work off of - I tried everything to shrink those areas that ended up in the 25%
zone & ended up with Aquasafe systems... Depending upon the final house sites/sizes, it might be possible to break
off reserve areas and avoid the Aquasafe.
New DF layouts are drawn with yellow lines.
I put some text notes on top of each amended DF layout (Roudabush should not put that text on the final plat! -just
notes for me to remember when I'm in the field...)
Anyhow, I'll be out there Thursday to stake out some systems & we'll go from there.
