PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAVING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST THEM TO THE FINAL ROAD GRADES AS NECESSARY. 4. EXISTING UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ONLY IN APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS ON THE PLANS BASED ON AVAILABLE RECORDS AND FIELD SURVEYS. CONTRACTOR SHALL, ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE AND AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER, LOCATE ALL UNDERGROUND LINES AND STRUCTURES AS NECESSARY.
