We are writing to provide notice to all of our adjacent property owners that we have applied to conduct a
homestay use on our property at 6430 Dick Woods Road. The purpose of this notice is to identify the
emergency contact/responsible agent for the homestay.
This is our family home and will therfore only offer a limited number of homestays to responsible adults
and families who will treat our home and community with care and respect. There will be no events or
parties permitted, and our home will serve as a place to stay while guests visit the area.
We want to maintain good neighborly relations, so we will strive to maintain a quiet homestay that does
not impact our neighbors in any way. However, if any issues should arise during a guest's stay, please
contact us, and we will respond to any issues and attempt to resolve them within 60 minutes of being
contacted.
