Dear Paul:
Per our meeting last Friday and our conversations on the phone earlier this week 1 have prepared the following
estimates below. Please note, if Faulconer Construction is contracted to perform the work, we will do so on a "Not
to Exceed" time and material basis.
• Estimate #1: $30,850.00
Proposal is based on the discussion we had on -site Last Friday August 10 Scope includes:
• 3 rows of silt fence from the steps to the parking lot at Bonefish grill
• Re grade and dress up slope (same parameters) with 315 excavator
• Install EC -3 matting with seed mixture on slope from steps to Bonefish parking lot (including
from retaining wall to diversion ditch on adjacent property)
• Estimate #2: $41,420.00
Proposal is based on our phone conversation earlier this week. Scope includes:
• 1 row of silt fence from the steps to the Bonefish parking lot
• Re grade and dress up slope (same parameters) with 315 excavator
• Install 4" topsoil on slope (same parameters)
• Sod entire slope from steps to Bonefish parking lot; from top of retaining wall to diversion ditch
above on adjacent property)
• Estimate #3: $119,275.00
Proposal is based on our phone conversation earlier this week. Scope includes:
• 1 row of silt fence from the Towncenter Drive to the Bonefish parking lot
• Re grade and dress up slope (same parameters) with 315 excavator
• Install 4" topsoil on slope (same parameters)
• Sod entire slope from Towncenter Drive to Bonefish parking lot; from top of retaining wall to
diversion ditch above on adjacent property)

Paul,
See attached plan showing our limits of construction per my letter dated 08/15/07 (also attached). As far as
watering, my landscaper will water the site for $145.00 per hour. This is based on using a hydro seeder and 2
operators and watering the slope from above. The first 2 weeks the sod is installed it needs to remain saturated.
Therefore, I would figure another +l- $12,000 to $15,000 for watering. This is a conservative estimate.
