The Erosion and Sediment Control Bond will be reduced from $175,000 down to $50,000. The remaining bond(s) will remain in effect until the work is complete and the project is complete at which time the bond will be released. The stormwater quality bond may not be reduced at this time. Please call if you have questions, comments or require additional assistance. Under the new fee system, their first submittal of an E &S plan should have been $300, instead they paid with the old method of a per acre fee.
