Box 7684 Charlottesville, VA 22906 RE: Haffner Equipment Company Preliminary Site Plan Dear Mr. Haffner: At its meeting on November 24, 1987 , the Planning Commission unanimously approved the above-noted preliminary plan subject to the following conditions: 1 . A building permit will not be issued until the following conditions have been met: a) Issuance of an Erosion Control Permit; b) County Engineer ' s approval of grading and drainage plans and calculations; c) The Virginia Department of Transportation' s approval of right of way improvements and issuance of a commercial entrance permit if applicable. 2 . A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the following condition has been met: a) Final Fire Officer approval. 3 . Recommend approval of the landscape plan to include the following: John Haffner Page 2 November 25 , 1987 a) Provision of screening shrubs at the front of the outdoor display area in accordance with Section 32.7 . 9. 8.a-c of the Zoning Ordinance. b) Submission of an conservation checklist. 4 . The final plan may be administratively approved. In order to expedite the completion of the above items, please have the appropriate agency or department notify Kathy Brittain ( 296-5875 ) in the Zoning Department, in writing, that the applicable conditions have been met. In order to be eligible for administrative approval by the agent, a final site development plan shall be submitted within six ( 6 ) months of the date of Commission approval of the preliminary plan. In any case, the final site development plan shall be submitted within one ( 1) year of the Commission approval of the preliminary plan or the preliminary plan approval shall expire. During the above time period, the applicant shall work to satisfy the conditions of preliminary plan approval and to obtain tentative approvals for the final site development plan from the agencies represented on the site plan review committee.
