property is bounded on the East by State Route 671, on the South by John G.
Dunn, on the West by H. J. Profflt and north by John G. Dunn and Mrs. Alice
B. Thompson, and upon and along the roads or highways adjoining the said
propert y and with the further right to trim trees along said lines so as to
keep the wires clear at least 10 feet and to cut down bushes and trees that
interfere with or which in falling might damage said lines.
