Dear Mr. Shoaf,
Please find attached a pdf of the revised Wyant Family Subdivision Plat, SUB202200172, with responses
dated to the comments provided on the instance of November 2, 2022;
1. f14-272 (C)] VDOT approval of entrances onto State Route 672 is required prior to final plat approval. Plat
has been forwarded to VDOT. Comments/approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt.
Acknowledged.
2. [74-212 (D)] Please add the following note to Sheet 7: "No lot shown on this family subdivision plat may
be sold or conveyed to a person other than an eligible 'member of the immediate family' as that term is
defined in Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, for a period of four (4) years after the date of
recordation of this plat except as authorized by section 74-272 (A) of the Albemarle County Code. If any
lot created by the recordation of this plat is conveyed back to the grantor during the four (4) year period, it
shall be recombined with the parent lot within six (6) months after such conveyance."
Note added.
3. [14-302 (A)], [14-303 (0)] On Sheet in the "Owner's Approval" section, the owners' names are incorrect
under the signature lines. Please update to Bernard Wyant, Jr. and Patsy Wyant.
• Jr. has been added.
4. f 14-302 (B)(7)] On Sheet 1, it appears that the orientation of the inset map and the direction of the north
arrow are incorrect. Can you confirm?
The vicinity map has been revised.
5. f 14-302 (B)(6)1, [14-303 (A)] On Sheet 1, in the "Owner's Approval" section, the Parcel ID 04800-00-00-
02100 — 3775 Stony Point Road is referenced. Please correct this to PID 02600-00-00-032DO — 5468 VIA
Lane.
The PID has been revised.
6. f 14-302 (B)(7)] Please revise Note 7 to state, "The subject property shown herein is located in the Doyles
River Water Supply Watershed."
Note 7 has been revised.
7 f 14-303 (F)] Please add a legend to identify what "IS" represents.
A legend has been added.
8. [14-308 (1)] Ground water assessment information is required for final plat approval. Please see attached
Tier Il Groundwater Assessment Report.
• Copies of the soils report from Department records are attached.
9. [74-309] Soils evaluations. Please submit the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil
evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields if conventional onsite
sewage systems are proposed to be used in the development of the subdivision. These results shall be
forwarded by the agent to the health director.
• Copies of the soils report from Department records are attached.
10. f74-3101 Health director approval is required for individual private wells and/or onsite sewage systems.

11. [General Information] Please add what "SBL"represents to the legend.

The Review Comment Letter and Tier II Groundwater Assessment Report are attached. Additionally, VDOT review is
required and those comments will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt by the planning staff. Please also be
aware that VDH review is required once the soils report is provided.
