The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County
Code.]
1. [14-302(A)(4-5), 14-303(L)] Easements.
a. Label the new 30ft and 60ft SWIM Facility Easements as either public or private. Rev. 1: Thank you for
labeling the easements. Planning will defer to additional guidance provided by the Engineering staff
reviewer below.
b. Locate and note the OHU easement on the plat map. (Note: This easement is shown on the site plan.) Rev.
1: Comment satisfied.
2. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lot. Note or label the total acreage of the subject property, if not already provided. Rev. 1:
Comment addressed.
3. [14-303(H)] Monuments. Identify the material of all permanent reference monuments. Rev. 1: Comment not
addressed. Please identify the material of all permanent reference monuments on the plat (ex. IF, IS).
4. [14-302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. Show the subject parcel area on the vicinity map. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
5. [Comment] Watershed. Staff recommends adding "watershed" to the end of Note 5 on Sheet 1. As currently
written, the note implies that the parcel itself is located in a river. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
6. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each
subsequent version of the plat.

1. Please remove 'Private' labeling from SWM Facility easements.
Deeds for both proposed public drainage and stormwater easements will need to be recorded with the plat.
Engineering will draft the deeds once all revisions to the plat have been addressed. Deeds will be sent to the applicant
when ready.

been voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant.
