Re: SUB2022001S9 TMP S6-115 Rambling Brook Lane Boundary Line Adjustment
Dear Syd,
We received your comments regarding the project above dated October 7, 2022 and offer the following
responses:
1. Albemarle County GIS indicates that the parcel identified as TMP 56A1-1-26 is actually TMP 56A1-05-G.
Please revise all references to TMP 56A1-1-26 and replace with TMP 56A1-05-G.
Response: TMP references have been updated.
2. [14-302 (A)(16)] On Sheet 2, please use different symbology to distinguish between the Dam Break
Inundation Zone and the 100 Year Flood Plain.
Response: Line type revised for clarification.
3. [14-302 (A)(16)] Please add a note to Sheet 1 that states, "All parcels are within the State Dam Break
Inundation Zone".
Response: Note added.
4. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.
Response: Revision date added.
5. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise note #5 to state:
"All parcels are:
• zoned R-6 Residential, Standard Level - Cluster Development
• subject to SP-2019-002
• subject to the Flood Hazard Overlay District"
Response: Note revised.
6. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please a dd a note to Sheet 2 that states,
