Please revise all references to TMP 56A1-1-26 and replace with TMP 56A1-05-G.Rev 1: Comment addressed. Please also update the acre totals on Sheets 1 and 2 for TMP 56A3-05-G. According to Albemarle County GIS it should be 2.367 acres. Response: Area updated. 4.[14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revisit. Rev 1: Comment addressed. Please add another date of last revision after the last edits are completed. Response: Revision date added. 5.[14-302 (B)(5)]Please revise note #5 to state: "All parcels are: zoned R-6 Residential, Standard Level -Cluster Development subject to SP-2019-002 subject to the Flood Hazard Overlay District" Rev 1: Comment addressed.
