Re: SUB202200159 TMP 56-115 Rambling Brook Lane Boundary Line Adjustment - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. Albemarle County GIS indicates that the parcel identified as TMP 56A1-1-26 is actually TMP 56A1-05-G. Please
revise all references to TMP 56A1-1-26 and replace with TMP 56A1-05-G. Rev 1: Comment addressed. Please
also update the acre totals on Sheets 1 and 2 for TMP 56A1-05-G. According to Albemarle County GIS it should
be 2.367 acres. Rev 2: Comment addressed.
2. [14-302 (A)(16)] On Sheet 2, please use different symbology to distinguish between the Dam Break Inundation
Zone and the 100 Year Flood Plain. Rev 1: Comment addressed.
3. [14-302 (A)(16)] Please add a note to Sheet 1 that states, "All parcels are within the State Dam Break Inundation
Zone." Rev 1: Comment addressed.
4. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev 1: Comment addressed. Please add another date of last
revision after the last edits are completed. Rev 2: Comment addressed.
5. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise note #5 to state:
"All parcels are:
• zoned R-6 Residential, Standard Level - Cluster Development
• subject to SP-2019-002
• subject to the Flood Hazard Overlay District"
Rev 1: Comment addressed. There is an extra ":"after "are". Rev 2: Comment addressed.
6. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please a dd a note to Sheet 2 that states, "Portions of TMP 56-115 are in the Preserved Steep
Slopes overlay district". Rev 1: Comment addressed.
7. [14-302 (B)(7)] Please add a note to Sheet 1 that states, "All parcels do not lie within an Agricultural/Forestal
District". Rev 1: Comment addressed.
8. [14-302 (B)(7)] Please add a note to Sheet 1 that states, "All parcels are subject to the Lickinghole Creek Water
Supply Watershed". Rev 1: Comment addressed.
