On October 19, 2022, the Board of Supervisors acted on the above noted Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA)
Jurisdictional Area Map amendment request on Tax Map Parcel Number 079A1-00-OB-02700 in the Scottsville District.
The ACSA Jurisdictional Area Amendment was approved by the Board's adoption of the attached Resolution.

RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
ACSA202200003 3756 RICHMOND RD. (FORMER MOOSE LODGE)
FOR PARCEL 079A1-00-OB-02700
WHEREAS, as part of application ACSA202200003 (ACSA 2022-03), the owner of Parcels
079A1-00-OB-02700, 079A1-00-OB-02500, and 079A1-00-OB-025AO has applied to amend the Albemarle
County Service Authority (ACSA) Jurisdictional Area to approve those parcels for water service; and
WHEREAS, on October 19, 2022, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors held a duly -noticed
public hearing on ACSA 2022-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the foregoing, the staff
report prepared for ACSA 2022-03 and all of its attachments, the information presented at the public hearing,
any comments received, the factors relevant to the ACSA Jurisdictional Area in Chapter 12.1 (Community
Facilities), Strategy 9a of the Albemarle County Comprehensive Plan, and the Comprehensive Plan's Growth
Management Policy and Land Use Plan, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby approves an
amendment to the Albemarle County Service Authority Jurisdictional Area, as authorized by Virginia Code
§§ 15.2-2111 and 15.2-5111, to designate Parcel 079AI-00-OB-02700 for Limited Service -Water Service to
the existing structure (or its replacement, provided such replacement is not an enlargement or expansion of
the existing structure).
I, Claudette Borgersen, do hereby -certify that the foregoing writing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution
duly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County by a vote of five to zero, as recorded below,
at a meeting held on October 19, 2022.
