Ethan, Regarding your questions in your 10/10 email to Randy Kohr: -- Arc3 Gases will have an office in the space that one employee will occupy. The two other employees will be an outside salesperson and a delivery driver. -- Arc3 will store gas cylinders both inside and outside of the space. The gases that we will store inside will be non-flammable. -- There are 57 parking spaces, which will leave 54 parking spaces after we use three spaces for outside cylinder storage. I filed the zoning clearance application today. We will apply for a sign permit as soon as we receive a rendering of our sign from the sign company.
