i have called the DEQ at the number given us by Mr. Elsie 3
times - most recently on September 21, 2022, and twice the
previous week. On all three instances I left a complete and
detailed message, with my contact info and the permit number
and location of the project, requesting a copy of the updated
General Construction Permit letter which the DEQ has said
must be on site or a call to give me further instruction. We
have the receipt from the county showing that our permit is
to date, but no letter. We are told its is required to have the
io
letter and the only way to get it is by calling the DEQ. This note
will be a placeholder for that letter while we await reply from
the DEQ . A
Sincerely,
Kevin O'Brien
