Re: SUB202200095 Brookhill Block 1B Easement Plat - Review Comments
Dear Cameron,
We received your comments regarding the project above dated November 4, 2022 and offer the following
responses:
1. [14-302 (A)(1)] The plat title identifies two TMPs that are affected by this plat, TMP 46-18A1 and 46-19136
However, it appears that some of the new easements are also on TMP 46-19135 (private drainage easement)
and TMP 46-19139 (SWM facility easement). Please verify, and revise the plat title if necessary.
a. If either of those parcels are affected by the plat, signature panels for the property owners, notary panels
for owner signatures, a statement of consent to division, property owner names and addresses, and zoning
information must be included on Sheet V1. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Please include TMPs
46-19B5 and 46-1969 in note 5 on Sheet V1.
Response: TMPs added to note 5.
3. [14-302 (111)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev. 1: Comment stands.
Response: Revision date added.
4. [14-414] Prior to final plat approval, the applicant must obtain approval from ACSA. As of August 29, 2022,
ACSA review of this plat is not yet complete. Comments or approvals from ACSA will be forwarded to the
applicant upon receipt. Rev. 1: Comment stands, see attached ACSA comments.

5. [14-302 (A)(5) and 14-431] Once all revisions are made to the plat, Engineering staff will draft a deed of
dedication for the proposed public easements. See Engineering Division comments for further information. Rev.
1: Comment stands, see attached Engineering Division comments.
Response: Noted.
ACSA Comments
-Utility plan approval will be required prior to final plat approval.
Response: Noted.

Enaineerina Comments
-WPO Amendment #4 should be approved before easement is finalized. The easement linework may change
before WPO approval.
Response: Noted. Linework has been updated to reflect latest plan.
-Please separate the SWM facility and the outfall pipe easement. The outfall pipe should be labeled, "public
drainage easement."
Response: Easements have been separated and relabeled.
-SWM facility easement will need an associated deed. Engineering will draft this deed when final plat is ready
for signature.
Response: Noted. Will await deeds.
