[14-400; 14-403; ZMA2018000111 Please address the following related to lot shape and frontage: the northeastern parcel corner of the new block 6 parcel does not touch the existing right-of-way of Salamander Street. Proffer 7 of ZMA201800011 states that the property shall abut a publicly dedicated right-of-way. Is there a reason that the northern property perimeter does abut the right-of-way boundary for the entire length of the parcel frontage along Salamander Street? A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
